Built for the Work You Do Beside the Horse

Equine therapy doesn't happen behind a desk.

You're working with the horse, observing responses, documenting areas addressed, adjusting therapies, taking photos and deciding what needs to be revisited.

Then the session ends—and the communication starts.

You may need to explain what you observed, what you worked on, how the horse responded, what you recommend and when you'd like to follow up.

That information can quickly become scattered between session notes, your phone's camera roll, text messages and emails.

Advanced Equine Recovery App connects the documentation and communication sides of your work.

Document the session once, maintain it as part of the horse's ongoing history, and use that information to create a professional report for your client.

Stop Recreating Your Sessions in Text Messages

Turn Your Documentation Into Client Communication

Your client doesn't necessarily need your raw working notes.

  • They need a clear explanation of what happened during their horse's session.

  • Advanced Equine Recovery App helps you turn documented session information into an organized, client-friendly report.

Instead of sending:

  • A text explaining what you found.

  • Another message describing what you worked on.

  • Several photos.

  • Another text with your recommendations.

  • And another message about when you'd like to see the horse again.

You can send a professional report containing the approved information you want your client to receive.

  • Your session documentation and client communication become part of the same workflow.

Dictate Your Equine Massage & Bodywork Notes

Capture Details While They're Still Fresh

Typing detailed notes on a phone while working around horses isn't always practical.

Advanced Equine Recovery App is designed to work with phone-keyboard dictation, allowing you to speak your observations instead of typing everything manually.

Document information such as:

  • Areas addressed

  • Practitioner observations

  • Therapies performed

  • Therapy settings

  • Duration

  • Horse response

  • Recommendations

  • Follow-up information

You can also use recent selections, favorite therapies, reusable settings, saved phrases and other assisted-entry features to reduce repetitive typing.

Suggestions are there to help you work faster—they don't silently become part of the horse's permanent record.

You remain in control of what is documented.

Generate a Professional Client Report

AI Assistance Without Giving Up Professional Control

Advanced Equine Recovery App uses the session information you've documented to help prepare a clear, client-friendly report.

The purpose of AI is not to diagnose the horse or replace your professional documentation.

It's there to help you communicate the work you've already documented.

The workflow is intentionally practitioner-controlled:

Generate → Review → Edit → Approve → Save → Send

The AI-assisted draft is grounded in the information documented during the session.

  • You can review it.

  • You can change it.

  • And nothing is sent to your client until an authorized user approves it.

AI prepares the draft. You approve every word.

Send Branded Reports That Represent Your Practice

Your client hired your practice—not ours.

That's why client reports are designed to feature the subscribing practice's identity.

Approved reports can include:

  • Your practice name

  • Your logo

  • Your brand colors

  • Your contact information

  • Horse and session information

  • Therapies performed

  • Client-friendly session summary

  • Recommendations and follow-up

  • Selected session photos

  • Practitioner information

  • Your practice disclaimer

Reports can be emailed directly from the app or generated as branded PDFs.

The approved report is also retained with the horse's history, giving you an ongoing record of what was communicated to the client.

Keep Every Horse's Therapy History Organized

A professional record should become more valuable every time you work with the horse.

Advanced Equine Recovery App maintains a chronological therapy history for each horse.

Before beginning another session, you can review previous documentation and approved reports instead of relying on memory or searching through old text conversations.

Horse records can (but are not required to) include:

  • Barn and registered names

  • Breed

  • Discipline

  • Color

  • Sex and birth information

  • Owner and other associated contacts

  • Relevant alerts and history

  • Previous therapy sessions

  • Practitioner documentation

  • Approved reports

  • Photos

  • Recommendations

  • Follow-up activity

Contacts can include owners, trainers, veterinarians, barn managers and others involved with the horse.

*You choose what information you WANT to include.

Keep Session Photos With the Session

A woman with blonde hair, tattoos, wearing a white sleeveless top and black pants, standing next to a chestnut horse with a white blaze on its face near a lake with trees in the background, on a sunny day.

Photos shouldn't disappear into your camera roll after the appointment.

Attach relevant photos directly to the session and select which images are appropriate for inclusion in the client's report.

Session media is kept private and only made available through authorized, time-limited access.

That keeps the images associated with the documentation they support while giving you control over what becomes part of the client-facing report.

More Than Equine Massage Therapy Software

Document the Therapies Your Practice Actually Provides

Equine massage and bodywork may be central to your business, but modern practitioners work across multiple wellness, recovery, and rehabilitation modalities. Advanced Equine Recovery App allows each practice to configure the therapies it provides and the exact information that needs to be documented.

Supported modalities include:

  • Equine Massage & Bodywork: Document hands-on work, observations, areas addressed, horse response, and recommendations.

  • PEMF (MagnaWave): Maintain PEMF sessions, intensity levels, and body placement within the horse's continuing history.

  • Shockwave: Document shockwave sessions, targeted areas, and appropriate therapy-specific details.

  • Class 4 Laser: Record laser sessions, power settings, treatment durations, and reusable therapy protocols.

  • Cryotherapy: Keep localized cryotherapy documentation connected directly to the horse and session.

  • Water Treadmill: Record aquatic conditioning and rehabilitation sessions—including water height, speed, and incline—alongside other therapies.

  • Cold-Water Spa: Maintain cold-water therapy documentation within the same central horse history.

  • Red-Light Therapy: Record red-light session protocols alongside other wellness and recovery modalities.

  • Stretching & Rehabilitation Exercises: Document additional hands-on work, structural integration, exercises, and home-care recommendations.

  • Custom Therapies & Protocols: Add, rename, enable, disable, and organize custom therapy fields and reusable settings to match how your practice operates.

Faster Documentation Without Taking Control Away From the Practitioner

Good software shouldn't force you to enter the same information over and over. Advanced Equine Recovery App includes assisted-entry features built specifically around repetitive equine therapy documentation.

Assisted-entry tools include:

  • Recent and favorite therapy shortcuts

  • Searchable horse, owner, and trainer selection

  • Previous farm and location suggestions

  • Breed, color, and discipline smart-suggestions

  • Common duration toggles and reusable therapy settings

  • Personal and practice-wide phrase libraries

  • Phone-keyboard voice dictation

  • Unrestricted free-text entry whenever you need it

The goal isn't to have software decide what happened during the session—the goal is to make it faster for you to document what you observed.

Follow Up Without Losing Track

Keep Recommended Rechecks Organized

Sometimes the most important part of a session is what needs to happen next. Record a recommended follow-up date and use the follow-up workspace to keep track of open, completed, due, and overdue rechecks.

Instead of relying on memory or searching through past conversations, follow-up information remains connected to your professional workflow.

Note: The app tracks follow-up dates internally for the practitioner; it does not automatically send marketing or appointment messages to clients.

Advanced Equine Recovery App maintains complete report and delivery histories so you can see what was approved, who received it, and when it was sent.

Know What Was Sent and When

Approved reports remain part of the horse's permanent history and can be resent when necessary. Delivery status indicates whether the receiving mail server accepted the message. We intentionally don't equate email delivery with proof that a client opened or read the report, maintaining honest recordkeeping standards.

Your Practice Has Its Own Isolated Workspace

Professional Records Deserve Professional Safeguards

Each subscribing practice receives an isolated workspace for its horses, contacts, sessions, reports, media, team members, and settings.

Organization-level access controls and database-enforced tenant isolation prevent one subscribing practice from accessing another practice's records. Photos and session media are stored privately and accessed through authorized, short-lived links rather than public URLs.

AI-assisted client summaries remain separate from underlying practitioner working notes. When finalized professional documentation requires a correction, revisions preserve the audit history rather than silently replacing the original record.

Built for Independent Practitioners, Teams & Equine Facilities

Advanced Equine Recovery App supports solo mobile practitioners as easily as multi-practitioner equine centers.

Depending on your practice size and plan, team capabilities include:

  • Practice administrators and clinical practitioner seats

  • Office and administrative staff access

  • Team member invitations and access management

  • Shared client, horse, and treatment histories

  • Shared therapy configurations and practice-wide report branding

  • Separate permissions for documentation vs. report approval and sending

This structure ensures every team member receives the exact access role they need without compromising record security.

Built From Real Equine Rehabilitation Experience

We Built the Software Around a Problem We Experienced Ourselves

Advanced Equine Recovery App wasn't created by taking generic CRM software and adding a field for a horse's name. It grew out of the documentation challenges we encountered working hands-on with horses at Advanced Equine Recovery at Rein Maker Ranch in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Our work includes equine massage and bodywork alongside PEMF, Class 4 laser, shockwave, cryotherapy, water treadmill, and other recovery modalities. Working across those modalities made something clear:

Documenting the session was only half the job. Communicating everything clearly to the owner was the other half.

We needed a way to document what we performed while the information was fresh beside the horse. We needed photos associated with the right record. We needed to review previous sessions when the horse returned. And after the work was done, we needed a professional way to communicate with the owner without recreating everything in text messages.

So we built the workflow around those exact needs:

Document the work. Maintain the history. Generate the report. Keep the client informed.
